No new matl added. The material on the top of the stockpile was clayey and full of rocks per John Bearer, BRUTOCO. Tested for se and compaction at 900.  1st lift (2 ft) 1st 2/3ds of wall.  Housekeeping, fill snap tie holes, replace mesh. Protect w gravel bags while discussing bf detail w vaskin.  Select Electric fixed pipe yesterday.  Canceled testing at 2:00pm today and 9:00 am monday because they are not adding new material today.

Rjected matl removed sta 7450 to di @ 7220 weds.  Approved to reinstall bf.  Start placing this section at 7:30am continue removing remaining rejected material, expect finish remval today.  Worked 7 to 430 savala excav 9 to 430 yesterday.  Working to 430 today.

Met with Rick Engle (CT) and John Bearer (Brutoco foreman) on site to get scope of assignment. Will cover for Rick for Thursday, Friday and Monday. John asked that I be there at 7:00am to get permission to start reinstalling backfill. Thursday testing scheduled for 9:00am with 2:00pm also scheduled in case of problems with the morning test. I will continue with this schedule. Rick asked John where removed mat'l was going to be placed. Warned him that it could not be within 1 foot of the wall because it did not meet Struct Backfill specs.
